Another day. I need a change. Need something new.

I want to go back to New York City!! I want to see shows on Broadway, visit the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty!!

Craziest weather I have ever seen!! Go from mid 90s to now mid 60s!! I am sick and tired of the cooler weather. I want the warm weather!! I need to go to the beach!! I need sun!! Guess that means that I am not a vampire!!

Ok, time to get back to this. I need to write. Right now the only way I can get my feelings out. I feel like I am losing part of myself. The crazy needs to come back. Need a job!! Maybe then I can start to feel somewhat normal again. But, then again, normal is so over-rated!!

A Picture

I received a picture in the mail today. It was taken 15 years ago. 3 friends who didn't have a clue where their lives were headed. I wonder, if we all knew then, what we know now, would we do anything different?  Only one remains at the place where the picture was taken. One is gone and the other has moved. What roads we took, did it change the course? Would it have remained the same if we all had stayed? Could any of it been prevented or altered for a better outcome. We will never know. The outcome is what it is. The friend who is gone is missed so much! Amazing what kind of reaction still comes through. A longing for a friend who left this world much too soon! A talk, a laugh, silly jokes, that is what made the three of us friends. An understanding of our differences, but a love of what made us friends. The one is gone, two remain, and we carry on. But, she is so often in our thoughts, and always in our hearts!

Blizzard 2011

Made it through the blizzard!! And I can honestly say it wasnt as bad as it could have been. We didnt loose power, thank goodness!! Got around 20inches of snow. Dont want to see that amount again.

On another note. It was 4 years ago today, lost a very special lady in my life. My friend Vickie! We had known each other for over 20 years! Vickie was an angel on this Earth, she would help you with whatever you needed, was a great listener, and a great cook! I think of her often, and still miss her so much. I know my friend Laura, also misses her! Vickie, I am sure you are doing some great cooking in Heaven!!

Blizzard

So now they are saying we could get 2ft of snow!! Dont like it! It is pretty the first few times, but after that it is just annoying!! One of the few times I am glad to be out of work, dont have to get out in the mess!!
Watched the SAG awards. Not bad, no one was putting anyone down. A friend sent me a pic of a Florida sunset today, it was beautiful!!
Getting back to the storm, they are saying it could affect 100 million people!! Was talking to a friend in NY earlier, they had gotten all the snow off their roof, getting ready for the next storm. Time to get milk, bread and eggs!! Inside joke. Snow starts tomorrow.

First Try

OK, so, I will try this and see how it goes. Not sure what I will write about. Random thoughts, ideas or just crap!! Funny, you can think of so much to write about, but when it comes time to do it, nothing! Kinda like college when you knew you had that paper due, but, nothing!
I do know I am tired of cold weather and snow!! How I would love some warm weather!! Funny what you miss. A good thunderstorm would be nice! Not much for the first time!
